Industrial application installed Dec 2016. Now a permanent install.
It is an " Evaporative Cooling System " These units use city water to cool them . Most large buildings use them and you will see a water vapor plume (photo #6). This is the ice making unit for the curling rink. ( Industrial ) water cooled It has run from a chilly -40 degrees celsius to a hot and sticky + 40 degrees celsius.
